Every generator below is built around one language rather than one platform. Some (Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Turkish) use the same Unicode letter-swapping as the rest of this site, because their alphabets are Latin or close enough to it. The rest (Hindi, Arabic, Russian and eighteen others) use a different technique: Unicode never defined a bold, italic or cursive alphabet for Devanagari, Arabic script or Cyrillic, so those pages frame the text in symbols instead of swapping its letters, and pair that with a gallery of real fonts for the script.
Each page explains which of the two it is doing and why, rather than quietly returning your text unchanged and calling it styled.
